Communication skills include listening, speaking, observing and empathizing. Proper communication can significantly increase productivity and reduce lack of understanding, which causes conflicts and frustrations. This course enables students to develop and enhance their listening techniques, conversation and nonverbal strategies in order to ensure effective communication.
