Veganism is a way of living which excludes as far as possible and practicable, all forms of animal derived products. More and more people are eating plant-powered foods and in the last century, it is becoming increasingly popular. Nowadays, a very high variety of foods in the so-called vegan kitchen is available. For this purpose, we designed a targeted traineeship, which provide students a detailed knowledge about vegan kitchen and veganism.

PROGRAM OF THE TRAINEESHIP (05.04.2020 – 18.04.2020)

1st Week:

  1. Basic elements of vegan nutrition and preparation of substitutes for animal products
  2. Vegan milk production
  3. Vegan cheese production
  4. Vegan Yogurt Making
  5. Use of seeds in food

Weekend         Cultural Activities

2nd Week:

  1.   Making vegan sauces for breakfast
  2. Vegan omelet making
  3. Making vegan salads
  4.  Vegan dumplings made
  5. Certificate ceremony

The program will take place in Vienna.
